NOEL GORODETSKY

Ever since I was a kid, I was obsessed with sports. By 10 years old, there wasn’t a sport I didn’t play. Soccer, tennis, volleyball, swimming, downhill skiing, etc. you name it, I did it.

As I grew older and approached my first year of highschool, my love for sports and movement rapidly expanded, as I honed in on soccer which quickly became my ultimate passion and main sport. I spent the next 7 years playing competitively for my High-School and University which is where I built both my physical and mental foundation, embodying passion, discipline, and dedication. I learned to fall in love with the process of getting 1% better every single day, and saw first hand how consistent effort ends up reaping rewards.

Seeing progress both on and off the field fueled me to want to expand on my horizons and explore other physical challenges in hopes of optimizing my health; this is where I found my love for fitness.

As my volume of sports decreased towards the end of my last few years of University, I transitioned into the world of fitness and fell in love with Bodybuilding, Weightlifting, and Strength Training. I spent the next 5+ years experimenting with my body, recompositioning from weight gain to weight loss phases, improving on flexibility and mobility training, rehabbing nagging aches & pains from years of competitive sports, and constantly exploring new exercises/modalities of movement in pursuit of molding a physically versatile state of being.

Shortly after, I realized that I wasn’t just passionate about transforming my own body, but the bodies and minds of others. The more knowledge and experience I shared with others, the more rewarded and fulfilled I felt.

So that brings me to today, where I now split my time as a Coach at an Equinox in Midtown Manhattan, as well as Personal Trainer traveling directly to private clients doors.
